This appeal is from a judgment entered by the court below adjudicating appellant, Major Appliance Company, Inc., a bankrupt upon the petition of appellee, Hupp Corporation, along with six other petitioning or intervening creditors. After hearing the witnesses introduced by the respective parties and considering the voluminous exhibits, the District Court delivered an oral opinion and followed it with findings of fact and conclusions of law.
